Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

- Clark Edward Jarrell, 58, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to maintain lane, driving on sidewalk, hit and run, driving on expired registration, no insurance and drunken driving. Bail was set at $2,737.

- Kelly Maureen Ryan, 42, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Thursday in the 500 block of East William Street on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500.

- A 33-year-old drywall installer from Carson City was arrested at 11:33 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of Edmonds Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a restraining order. Bail was set at $3,132.

- A 41-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Thursday in the 1400 block of North Edmonds Drive on suspicion of second-offense drunken driving, driving on a suspended license, driving without headlights and obstructing an investigation. Bail was set at $4,238.

- A 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 4:40 a.m. Friday at Highway 50 East at Mills Park. Bail was set at $1,132.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Caller reported seeing two men in a GMC pickup smoking marijuana at 12:51 a.m. in the 3500 block of North Carson Street.

- A husband in Wyoming called police at 10:26 a.m. to report that his wife just told him she'd been raped by an acquaintance at a friend's house in Carson City. Deputies and detectives investigated the incident and it was deemed unfounded.

- Report of a trailer stolen from the 100 block of Arrowhead Drive sometime before 11:04 a.m.

- Report of several vehicles in the 1700 block of Old Hot Springs Road broken into and damaged.

- A shoplifter was detained at 1:07 p.m. at Wal-Mart.

- Vehicle burglary report on Camus Road at 1:51 p.m.

- Report of a child molestation that occurred three years ago.

- A mother reported at 4:53 p.m. that she thought her 10-year-old son had been emotionally abused by his teacher. She said when she tried to report it to the school, "they weren't concerned."

- A woman reported her son's 11-year-old friend stole jewelry from her on Sunland Drive.

- Report of a gang-related battery in the 3000 block of Roop Street at midnight.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Misdemeanor warrant arrest on Miriam Way in Mound House at 1:13 a.m.

- Threat report at Fernley High School at 9:08 a.m.

- Felony arrest in Silver Springs on Nevada Avenue at 3:40 p.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest on North Stagecoach Drive in Stagecoach at 3:51 p.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest on Surprise Street in Mason Valley at 4:39 p.m.

- Misdemeanor arrest on Harkin Circle in Dayton at 10:29 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

- Report of illegal dumping of construction debris at 10:12 a.m. on Avenue De La Couleurs.

- Report of a white vehicle, possibly a truck, that hit a fence and mailboxes on Riverboat Road in Mark Twain and fled the scene at 11:52 p.m.
