Roberta T. McLaughlin

Roberta T. McLaughlin, 87, a four-year Carson City resident, died September 29, 2009. She was born June 6, 1922, in Los Angeles, Calif. She is survived by her son, Raymond McLaughlin of Carson City; daughter, Sharon McLaughlin Eller of Granite Falls, N.C.; brothers, Hubert Massey of Sacramento, Calif., Darrell Massey of Polk City, Fla., and Ronald Massey of Vancouver, Wash.; twin sister, Alberta Carter of Victorville, Calif., and sister, Dorothea Aker of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009, at the First Baptist Church in Carson City. Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Carson City, is in charge of arrangements.
