A Carson City woman arrested last month in Reno after a car chase was arrested again Thursday after a reported burglary and another police chase from Reno to Plumas County, Calif., according to Washoe County officials.

Krystal Nardone, 22, Terril Boss, 25, and Rebekah Couper, 28, are all being held in the Plumas County Jail on numerous charges.

According to Washoe County Sheriff's Deputy Armando Avina, at about

6:20 p.m. Wednesday the sheriff's office received a report of a home burglary in progress in South Reno.

As officers approached the house, a black 2009 Shelby Mustang belonging to the homeowner came through the garage door, nearly striking two deputies. The suspects sped off, losing the deputies.

According to Avina, over the course of several hours, detectives were able to identify the suspects and recovered numerous stolen items from a North Reno home. Avina said firearms and high-powered rifles still were missing.

At around 11:30 p.m., officers spotted the Mustang on a frontage road in Cold Springs.

Again officers attempted to stop the vehicle but it entered the northbound on-ramp to Highway 395, avoiding spikes strips that had been deployed.

Washoe County officers pursued the vehicle at up to 100 mph into California. Officers lost sight of it at Hallelujah Junction, said Avina.

At 11:57 p.m. Plumas County Sheriff's deputies saw the vehicle in Portola and again unsuccessfully attempted to catch up to it.

An hour later, the unoccupied Mustang was located in Graeagle. The Washoe County Sheriff's Office sent K-9 units to assist Plumas County in their foot search for the suspects.

At 8 a.m. Thursday, after a short foot pursuit, Nardone and Couper were located and taken into custody by Plumas County. Boss escaped, said Avina.

Three hours later, he was found and arrested on a logging road north of Graeagle.

The trio are currently in custody in the Plumas County Jail.

On July 19, Nardone and Anthony Brian Paetz, 24, both of Carson City, were arrested after a Nevada Highway Patrol trooper tried to pull them over in a Mustang stolen July 8 from Century Circle in East Carson City.

According to the NHP, the driver, Paetz, allegedly fled down the Plumb Street off-ramp at 90 mph, lost control and crashed into the stop light at the bottom of the ramp. The two then allegedly attempted to run from the crash, but Paetz was captured.

Nardone was arrested later allegedly hiding in a motel bathroom near the airport.
