Amelia Jane Garcia, 85, of Minden, died Dec. 23, 2009, in Carson City. She was born March 8, 1924, in Defiance, Ohio. She is survived by her husband John A. Garcia of Minden.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Walton's Chapel of the Valley. A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City. Burial will follow in Lone Mountain Cemetery.
