Elsie L. Devaney, of Carson City, died June 13, 2010, at age 88. She was born July 1, 1921, in Jersey City, N.J., to Charles and Lissette Eggs. Ms. Devaney is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Jane Devaney, Carson City. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
