Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Kenneth Carlson, 49, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. Wednesday in the 1200 block of North Saliman Road on suspicion of felony burglary and probation violation. Carlson allegedly entered an unlocked door at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, and after drinking a bottle of wine found in the refrigerator, fell asleep on the floor between the pews. Bail was set at $28,000.

• Helen Marie Holguin, 34, an unemployed transient, was arrested at 11:12 p.m. Monday at Carson and Long streets on suspicion of felony fraudulent use of a credit card, probation violation and misdemeanor obstructing an investigation.

• Bradley Thomas Grove, 31, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony possession of stolen property. Bail was set at $25,000.

Deputies responded to the following calls Tuesday:

• Coroner call in the 400 block of South Saliman Road at 12:34 a.m.

• A laptop was stolen from the 400 block of Hot Springs Road between 11:15 and 11:42 a.m.

• Residential burglary report in the 1200 block of Palo Verde Drive.

• Report of a vehicle burglarized at the Park & Ride on Spooner Junction.

• Fight in the back parking lot of a restaurant on South Carson Street at 10:21 p.m.

Lyon County

Deputies responded to the following calls Tuesday:

• Report of a Dayton Elementary student with a knife at 9:57 a.m.

• Report of a fight at Fernley Intermediate School at 10:39 a.m.

• Report of a Dayton High student "swearing and yelling at a school employee" at 11:07 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Atkins Street in Silver Springs at 6:37 p.m.
