Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Ian Miles Lister, 33, unemployed of Dayton, was arrested at 5:34 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of South Saliman Road on suspicion of felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, being a felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $20,000.

• A 34-year-old payroll administrator from Carson City was arrested at 1:44 a.m. Friday at Lee and Peters streets on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to maintain a single lane and drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,239.

• A 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 3:55 p.m. Thursday at Roop and Oregon Streets on a warrant for suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Embezzlement report in the 200 block of South Division Street at 10:59 a.m.

• Report of a motorcyclist rear-ending a vehicle in the 3000 block of Research Way at 12:32 p.m.

• A silver 2005 Ford Explorer was missing from the 2700 block of Lukens Lane at 2:03 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• A Fernley man called at 6:07 a.m. to report that the same juvenile who burglarized his car once before did it again, and if the police didn't take care of the kid, he was going to find him and kill him himself.

• Report of an MP3 player, money and a knife stolen from a vehicle on Quarterhorse Way in Fernley at 9:32 a.m.

• Coroner call on South Whitacre Street in Yerington at 10:47 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Julia Lane in Fernley at 10:04 p.m.
