Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 50-year-old stocker from Carson City was arrested at 7:36 p.m. Thursday in the 4000 block of Pheasant Drive on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Rudolph Steven Buher, a 39-year-old transient, was arrested at 10:18 p.m. Thursday at North Carson Street and West Nye Lane on suspicion of felony California parole violation, possession of a controlled substance, gross misdemeanor possession of burglary tools and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. No bail was set. Also arrested was Krystal Nardone, 23, of Carson City, on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court. Bail was set at $4,132.

• Arnold Christopher Butcher, 23, was arrested Thursday at 7:35 p.m. in the 2200 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony California parole violation. No bail was set. Also arrested was a 29-year-old Carson City man on suspicion of misdemeanor obstructing an investigation. Bail was set at $407.

• Barbara Kay Smith, 57, of Gardnerville, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. Friday at North Carson Street and Silver Oak Drive on suspicion of gross misdemeanor battery on a peace officer, misdemeanor drunken driving, impeding the flow of traffic, possession of a hypodermic device and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Bail was set at $5,208.

• Pamela Marie Lopez, 24, of Carson City, was arrested at 4:15 p.m. Thursday in the 3000 block of North Roop Street on suspicion of felony possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence, driving on a suspended license and failure to stop at light. Bail was set at $9,224.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Coroner call in the 2200 block of California Street at 9:35 a.m.

• Fight report in the 1400 block of East William Street at 11:45 a.m.

• A woman reported at 1:50 p.m. her "baby's daddy" was pounding at the front door and urinating on it.

• Report of someone brandishing a gun in the 700 block of Silver Oak Drive at 5:14 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Report of a vehicle striking a dog on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley at 3:01 a.m.

• Report of a man being struck by a vehicle in an East Newlands Drive parking lot at 12:38 p.m. in Fernley.

• Arrest on Highway 208 in Yerington at 6:20 p.m.
