Click Bond announces promotions and new addition

Click Bond, Inc., a Carson City company, recently announced the promotions of Doug Carlton, former manager of standards engineering promoted to vice president of standards; Chester 'Lee' Parsley, former quality assurance manager now vice president of quality assurance; and new addition Paul Downey, former CFO at Ensign Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company, now chief financial officer

Carlton began his career at Click Bond in 1992. As vice president of standards, he will oversee the engineering and drafting department. Carlton received a bachelor's degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a master of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno. He is a member of Society for the Advancement of Material and Process Engineering, the National Aerospace Standards Committee, the Aerospace Fastener Standards Advisory Committee, and the Aircraft Locknut Manufacturers Association.

Chester Parsley has been with Click Bond since 1995. As vice president of quality assurance, he will oversee the quality engineering team and the continuous pursuit of product improvement and quality systems development. Parsley has previously held positions at McDonnell Douglas, Tracor Aerospace, and Defense Systems High-Shear Division just to name a few. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business management and an associate of arts degree in quality technology and business administration from the University of Redlands, in California. He brings more than 40 years of experience in all facets of aerospace quality assurance to Click Bond.

Paul Downey joined Click Bond in 2011. As the CFO, his primary responsibility will be to manage Click Bond's finances, as well as the implementation of financial planning strategies and record keeping. Prior to joining Click Bond Paul was the CFO at Ensign Bickford Aerospace and Defense Company. Downy holds a bachelor of science in economics from the Boler School of Business at John Carroll University, and master of business administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He has more than 30 years experience in accounting and finance with a strong emphasis in manufacturing.
