Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Tilapia, wild rice, broccoli with cheese sauce and berries in a cloud.

TUESDAY: Chile relleno, refried beans, mixed vegetables, cinnamon applesauce and churros.

WEDNESDAY: Meatball sandwiches, pickled beet and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Asian chicken salad, French bread and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: Barbecue ribs, baked beans, potato salad, apple juice and biscuits with honey.


Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Beef nacho casserole, Spanish rice, orange spinach salad, beans, purple plums and pineapple juice.

TUESDAY: Pork chow mein, steamed rice, chopped spinach, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat bread, apple butter and pineapple.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, potato salad, baked beans, broccoli, apricots and cake.

THURSDAY: Baked fish, stewed tomatoes, coleslaw, whole wheat bread and margarine, slice pears and bananas.

FRIDAY: Biscuits, sausages and gravy, eggs, hash browns, apples, V8 and orange juice.


Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: Portobello mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce, antipasto salad, tomato garlic bread and lemon bars.

TUESDAY: Tomato soup, holiday subs with turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce, baby carrots and fresh bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Roast beef with gravy, red potatoes, fruit salad, French style green beans, dinner rolls, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: Seafood au gratin in puff pasty shells, German vegetables, walnut tossed salad and berry paradise parfaits.

FRIDAY: Taco salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa and sour cream, Spanish rice and apple crisp.


Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Shepherd’s pie, spinach, bread and fruit.

TUESDAY: Turkey wraps, potato salad, chips and salad.

WEDNESDAY: Southwest barbecue chicken sandwiches, baked beans, carrot sticks and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables and salad.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Sausage gravy and biscuits, hash browns and fruit.
