Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, battery

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 11:13 a.m., John Delaney, 58, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony fugitive from justice. Bail was set at $20,000.

At 11:50 a.m., Jessica Kline, 21, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony robbery and probation violation after deputies responded to reports of a woman trying to take items from the Carson Street Raleys and physically assaulting the loss prevention agents. Kline was later rearrested at 7:51 p.m., on suspicion of ex-felon in possession of a stun gun after jail staff found the weapon in her purse. Bail was set at $63,00.

At 1:52 p.m., Lorana Brown, 67, of Mound House, was arrested on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and battery after deputies responded to reports of a woman battering customers inside the nail salon at the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $21,000.

At 4:16 p.m., a 55-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to reports of a man starting fights with guests at the Carson Street Round House Motel.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
