BASEBALL

Jace Zampirro, Carson, Feather River: Gave up 4 runs and 2 hits in 1 inning against Butte for his first loss of season. Is 1-1 with 8.74 ERA.

Adam Whitt, Carson, Astros: Picked up his first win this past week. Also has 1 save and 11.12 ERA at Quad Cities.

Colby Blueberg, Carson, Padres: Has two saves and 1.50 ERA for Lake Elsinore.

Luke Maher, Carson, Sterling College: Went 6-for-15 with two homers last week. Hitting .422 with 10 homers and 32 RBI.

Brock Pradere, Carson, Western Oregon: Went 5-for-13 in 4 games last week. Hitting .250 for season with 17 RBI.

Rory Petersen, William Jessup: Redshirting this season.

Chase Blueberg, Carson, Mesa College: No action last week.

Conner Oliver, Dayton, Minot State: Team plays today.

Nick Selmi, Dayton, Minot State: Team plays today.

Nick Domitrovich, Carson, Sterling College: Went 1-for-12 last weekend. Hitting .329 with 22 RBI.

SOFTBALL

Christa McGahuey, Carson, University of Detroit-Mercy: Went 2-for-16, including an HR, last week. Went 8.2 innings last weekend with 7 strikeouts.

Danielle Morrow, Carson, Doane College: Went 2-for-9 last week. Hitting .301 for season.

Jennifer Purcell, Carson, UNR: Went 5-for-9 last week against UNLV, including her 8th HR of season. Hitting .417 for season, tops on team.

Makayla Shadle, Dayton, Utah Valley University: Suffered 2 losses last weekend, throwing 13.1 innings, allowing seven runs. She is 1-5 with 5.15 ERA. TRACK

Josh Koch, Dayton, Concordia: Was second in shot at 50-4 and threw 165-10 in hammer last weekend.

Corey Reid, Carson, Azusa-Pacific: Finished 11th in decathlon last week. Best finish was fourth (49.19) in 400.

Nathaneal Williams, S. Lutheran, Colorado Mines: Took 18th in his 5000-meter heat at Bryan Clay Invitational.

Dallon Mendoza, Dayton, George Fox: Placed 8th in 200 (23.3) at Pacific Open.

Becky Grabow, S. Lutheran, UOP: 20th in heat of 5000 at Mt. SAC.

RODEO

Caden Lehman, Carson, West Valley JC,: Finished 8th in team roping at Cal-Poly.
