Man arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

THURSDAY

At 11:03 a.m., a 26-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near Roop and Washington streets. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 2:31 p.m., a 39-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 100 block of Lake Glen Drive. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 5:46 p.m., David Bulman, 47, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and suspended license plate after deputies responded to reports of a welfare check at Mills Park. Bail was set at $3,550.

At 8:07 p.m., a 41-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of civil protective custody near the 2400 block of N. Carson Street. No bail was set.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
