Carson City Library staff honored

The Friends of the Carson City Library expressed gratitude to library staff members on Staff Development Day. Lunch was provided on June 15 courtesy of Nevada Nosh Food Truck. Thank you cards and golden certificates were handed out to each employee by FOCCL President Phyllis Patton, and a thank you speech was delivered by Vice President Joseph Spencer. The library was decorated by a matching blue banner and cake that both read: ‘You’re the Greatest!’ The hard work of library staff members in the past year inspired the event.
