Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Woman arrested on suspicion of petit larceny, contributing to the delinquency of a minor

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 6:51 p.m., a 19-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of petit larceny, contributing to the delinquency to a minor and contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of a group of people taking items from the Market Street Walmart. Bail was set at $1,250.

At 7:35 p.m., a 34-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted person near the 1800 block of Long Street. Bail was set at $1,100.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
