Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, house salad, assorted dressing, pineapple chunks and lemon bars.

TUESDAY: Seafood Louie salad, French bread, blushed pears and fruit scones.

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach salad, Italian dressing, garlic bread, fresh oranges and peanut butter no-bake cookies.

THURSDAY: Asian chicken over rice with Asian sesame dressing, stir fry vegetables, pineapple, Mandarin oranges and fortune cookies.

FRIDAY: Christmas ribs, broccoli with cheese sauce, baked beans, mixed fruit, apple pie and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad and fresh oranges.

TUESDAY: Baked fish, coleslaw, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread, margarine, bananas and apple crisp.

WEDNESDAY: Pasta bake, spinach salad, garlic bread, Jell-O and pineapple.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, corn and orange rice pudding.

FRIDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, beef roast, scalloped potatoes, spinach and citrus salad, whole wheat rolls, margarine, mixed fruit and cheesecake.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Grilled bratwurst, buns, hot German potato salad, German slaw, spiced applesauce and orange wedges.

TUESDAY: Meatloaf, marinated tomatoes, mashed potatoes, gravy, creamed peas and banana cream pie.

WEDNESDAY: Beef pot pie, marinated tomatoes, biscuits and strawberry shortcake.

THURSDAY: Baked stuffed pork chops, steamed spinach, baked beans, oat bran rolls, apple butter and pineapple chunks.

FRIDAY: Baked ham, Waldorf salad, green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes and red velvet cupcakes.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad and fresh oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Christmas party noon-2 p.m.: Low-sodium baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, whole wheat rolls with margarine, bananas and cookies.

TUESDAY: Lemon Parmesan garlic shrimp pasta, broccoli and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Cream of mushroom pork, onion rice and roasted Brussels sprouts.

THURSDAY: Italian red wine roast beef, roasted potatoes, asparagus with hollandaise sauce and garlic green beans.

FRIDAY: Minestrone soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, tomato salad and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, biscuits and brownies.

TUESDAY: Chicken and dumplings, green peas, carrot and raisin salad and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, dinner rolls and strudel.

THURSDAY: Sweet and sour chicken, rice, peas and carrots, fresh spinach, whole wheat bread and oatmeal date bars.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 8:30 a.m..: Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, pastry and fruit.
