Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Two arrested for suspicion of debit/credit card fraud

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

WEDNESDAY

At 8:20 a.m., a 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies responded to reports of an accident near Fairview and 5th Street. Bail was set at $15,000.

At 9:57 a.m., a 62-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear after deputies responded to reports of a subject refusing to leave from the Carson Tahoe Regional Hospital. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 4 p.m., Alicia Fecanin, 19, and Seth Scarbrough, 20, both of Carson City were arrested on suspicion of felony fraud of a debit/credit card and petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of people taking an inmate’s debit card. Bail was set at $5,250.

At 4:10 p.m., a 32-year-old Gardnerville man was arrested on suspicion of a warrant after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 2900 block of North Carson Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 6:56 p.m., a 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 900 block of Ladera Drive. Bail was set at $500.

At 9:31 p.m., a Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 2300 block of Start Way. Bail was set at $750.

THURSDAY

At 12:08 a.m., a 63-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of civil protective order after deputies responded to reports of a woman lying on the ground near the Carson Street McDonald’s. No bail was set.

At 12:12 a.m., a 34-year-old Silver Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies conducted a business check at the Carson Street Woody’s Casino. Bail was set at $841.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
