The 25th annual Alexander Memorial Family Golf Clinic Sunday was a smashing success.

An estimated 600 people attended the clinic, and they were put through their paces by more than 40 local golf professionals.

The annual clinic is sponsored by Eagle Valley Golf Course, Michael Hohl Automotive, Battle Born Harley Davidson, The El Cord Foundation, the EJ Tegner Foundation, the Patricia and David Kepler Foundation, the Antigua Group and the NNWGA.

There were raffles throughout the day, and Pat and Scott Hickey from Golf Headquarters in Reno donated drivers and hybrids to the younger golfers. Genoa Lakes, Edgewood Tahoe and Eagle Valley donated rounds of golf to lucky grand prize raffle winners.

And, Peter Longo entertained the crowd with his amazing trick shots.
