Road Report as of Thursday. The following applies to Dec. 13-19:
Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
• Caroline Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
• Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will be closed in the northbound direction, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for road construction. Pedestrian closures and detours will also be in place.
• Kings Canyon Road west of Longview Way remains closed for roadway reconstruction. Only local residential access will be provided. The Waterfall Trailhead and parking area is closed. There is no access and no parking for the trails. Please do not come up Kings Canyon unless you live in the area.
• Marvin Drive between Carroll Drive and Chernus Drive will be closed, Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. , for utility work.
• Spear Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
• Spear Street at Division Street will be closed, Wednesday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
• Spear Street at Nevada Street will be closed, Monday-Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
• Center Drive between Koontz Lane and Valley View Drive will have shoulder work, Tuesday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.
• Conte Drive between Hudson Drive and Snyder Avenue will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., for utility work.
• 5th Street between Pasture Drive and Well Way will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Wednesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for crane operation.
• Long Street between Roop Street and Rand Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction. Expect delays.
• Marian Avenue at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Molly Street at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Robinson Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will have roadway work, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for survey and other project preparation activities.
• Roop Street at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. , for roadway reconstruction.
• Saliman Road at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• State Street at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Telegraph Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will have shoulder work, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for survey and other project preparation activities.
