Road Report as of Thursday. The following applies to Dec. 6-12:
Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
• Caroline Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
• Curry Street between 5th Street and Musser Street will be closed in the northbound direction, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for road construction. Pedestrian closures and detours will also be in place.
• Division Street between King Street and Telegraph Street will be closed, Saturday, 5-9 p.m. for a special event.
• King Street between Philips Street and Division Street will be closed in the eastbound direction, Saturday, 5-9 p.m. for a special event.
• Kings Canyon Road west of Longview Way remains closed for roadway reconstruction. Only local residential access will be provided. The Waterfall Trailhead and parking area is closed. There is no access and no parking for the trails.
• Minnesota Street between King Street and Telegraph Street will be closed, Saturday, 5-9 p.m. for a special event.
• Musser Street between Philips Street and Nevada Street will be closed, Saturday, 5-9 p.m. for a special event.
• Proctor Street between Minnesota Street and Nevada Street will be closed, Saturday, 5-9 p.m. for a special event.
• Spear Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will be closed, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for sewer and water line replacement.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
• Long Street between Roop Street and Rand Street will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction. Please use caution and expect delays.
• Marian Avenue at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Molly Street at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Robinson Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will have roadway work, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for survey and other project preparation activities.
• Roland Street between California Street and Oak Street will be closed, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Roop Street at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Tuesday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for roadway reconstruction.
• Saliman Road at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Sonoma Drive between Carson Street and Silver Sage Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for utility work.
• State Street at Long Street will be flagger controlled, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway reconstruction.
• Telegraph Street between Mountain Street and Nevada Street will have shoulder work, Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for survey and other project preparation activities.
