NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

following Ordinance was passed and

adopted by the Churchill County Board of

Commissioners on May 6, 2021.

SUMMARY: Bill No. 2021-B, Ordinance

No. 7, an ordinance repealing sections

3.40.072, 3.40.074, and Chapter 3.56 of

Title 3 of the Churchill County Code for

those employees under the direct and

indirect jurisdiction of the Board of County

Commissioners to the extent of the laws

permitted by the State of Nevada: 3.40.072

Emergency Paid Sick Leave, 3.40.074

Emergency Family and Medical Leave,

and Chapter 3.56 Employee Management

Committee.

TITLE: AMENDMENTS TO PROVISIONS

OF TITLE 3

At the final reading of the above listed

ordinance, the vote was as follows:
