NOTICE OF APPLICATION
My Ride to Work, LLC filed an application
requesting an expansion of authority under
contract carrier permit number MV 6154, Sub
2, to add a contract with Coeur Rochester, Inc.
and filed a petition for interim approval. The
Application and petition were filed under Docket
21-10039. They are requesting certain docu-
ments remain confidential.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest
in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to In-
tervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions
must conform to the Authority’s regulations and
must be filed on or before November 29, 2021.
