PETITION FOR EMERGENCY ORDER
CONFIRMING SALE OF REAL PROPERTY
AND TERMINATING INTEREST OF
DONALD R. PETERSON IN SAID REAL
PROPERTY
Please take notice that the Petitioner,
agent for the Seller of the subject real
property, by and through his attorney, has set
his request for emergency order confirming
sale of the real property located at 309 Sandy
Avenue, Yerington, Nevada, APN 001-341-
05 and thereby terminating the interest of
Donald R. Peterson in said property for
hearing by the Court.
The hearing will be held in the Third
Judicial District Courthouse, 911 Harvey
Way, Yerington, Nevada in Department I
on November 8, 2021 at the hour of 11:00
AM. Anyone with an interest in the subject
real property or the sales contract therefor is
invited to appear and attend this proceeding.
If successful, this proceeding will confirm
the sale of said property pursuant to the
existing contract and divest Mr. Peterson of
his interest in the subject property by virtue of
said sale.
