NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION - JUNE 14, 2022 - CARSON CITY, NEVADA
Pursuant to NRS 293.203 notice is hereby given that the Carson City Primary Election will be
held on June 14, 2022. All active registered voters in Carson City will be mailed a mail ballot
pursuant to AB 321 (2021 Legislative Session). If you wish to vote in-person, you must appear
at the polling location identified below, during polling location hours.
Nevada conducts closed primary elections. Voters may only vote in a major party race if
affiliated with that party. Please confirm your voter registration is current to confirm the mail
ballot will be sent to the correct address and that you will receive the correct ballot style based
on your party affiliation, if any.

UPCOMING DEADLINES:
April 15, 2022 Deadline for Clerk’s Office to receive mail ballot opt-out form.
May 17, 2022 Standard close of postmarked mail or in-person voter registration.
May 18 – May 31, 2022 Extended online voter registration or voter registration updates.
June 1 – June 14, 2022 During this time online registrants updating their registration or
registering to vote must appear at the polling location during
Early Voting or on Election Day with proper identification and
proof of residency.
