NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners, WESLEY NAUGLE and NATALIE NAUGLE, have filed a VERIFIED PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION, FOR GENERAL ADMINISTRATION OF AN ESTATE OVER $300,000, AND FOR AUTHORIZATION TO ADMINISTER THE ESTATE UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT WITH FULL AUTHORITY, in the Matter of the Estate of Larry Frederick Naugle, and an uncontested hearing on the petition has been set for Monday, June 6, 2022 at 8:30 a.m., in Department 1 of the First Judicial District Court, 885 East Musser Street, Carson City, Nevada 89701.
The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
All interested persons in the estate are notified to appear and show cause why the petition should not be granted.
The undersigned affirms that the foregoing document does not contain the Social Security number of any person.
