Supervisors will review Carson City 2023 tentative budget

The Carson City Board of Supervisors will meet at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, April 21 in the Robert “Bob” Crowell Board Room of the Community Center on 851 E. William St.
Supervisors will:
• Continue their discussion on the process of disposing of city property at 2621 Northgate Lane. The supervisors would like to sell the property to a nonprofit.
• Review the 2023 tentative budget.
• Review the recommended budget for the 2023-27 capital improvement program.
• Approve the $1,355,315 second phase of engineering and design services for the Quill Water Treatment Plant rehabilitation project.
• Issue a proclamation to recognize April as National Donate a Life month to raise awareness for organ and tissue donations.
Residents may make public comment during the meeting or send public comment in advance to publiccomment@carson.org by 3 p.m. the day before the meeting.
