the Director of the Nevada Department of

Transportation at 1263 S. Stewart St., Carson

City, NV, until and opened at 2:30 PM on

September 22, 2022 for Contract #3944

to cold mill and place plantmix bituminous

surface with open grade, on I-80, from Lyon/

Churchill County line to 8.755 miles East

of Nightingale Interchange, in Churchill

County. The Department has established

a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise

participation goal of 7.25% for this contract.

State Bidder’s Preference does not apply.
