NOTICE TO CREDITORS 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TRICIA O. WENTZ and TODD N. WESTERGARD are the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE WESTERGARD FAMILY 2003 TRUST. ROLAND DEXTER WESTERGARD was one of the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. That ROLAND DEXTER WESTERGARD died on October 23, 2022. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of ROLAND DEXTER WESTERGARD must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this notice.
