Notice of Adoption of Bill No. 789 as
Ordinance No. 774: An Ordinance adding a
new chapter entitled Central Nevada Health
District to the Fallon Municipal Code, Title
8-Health and Safety.
Notice is hereby given that the Honorable
City Council of the City of Fallon adopted Bill
No. 789, as Ordinance No. 774, on December
6, 2022. Ordinance No. 774 added a new
chapter to the Fallon Municipal Code, Title
8-Health and Safety, entitled Central Nevada
Health District. The Ordinance joined the City
of Fallon in the Central Nevada Health District,
provided the organizational structure of said
district, established its powers and authorities,
and addressed other matters relating to the
Central Nevada Health District.
Ordinance No. 774 will become effective 20
days after this publication.
