NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RANDAL S. KUCKENMEISTER, Manager of KUCKENMEISTER, LLC, dba KBCA, LLC is the currently acting Trustee of THE JAMES MICHAEL PHALAN SR. TRUST, established on June 23, 2014, by JAMES MICHAEL PHALAN SR., as Grantor and original Trustee. JAMES MICHAEL PHALAN SR. died on June 18, 2022. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of JAMES MICHAEL PHALAN SR., must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
