NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that THOMAS DAVID RUSSO is the currently acting Trustee of THE MICHAEL JAMES RUSSO TRUST, established on November 29, 2021, by MICHAEL JAMES RUSSO, as Grantor and original Trustee. MICHAEL JAMES RUSSO, died on June 5, 2022. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of MICHAEL JAMES RUSSO, must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
