NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that ROGER POOLE, a single man as his sole and
separate property, TAMMY BASS, a married
woman as her sole and separate property,
and DOUG POOLE, a married man as his
sole and separate property, as joint tenants
with right of survivorship, are the beneficiaries under that deed upon death executed by
LINDA C. POOLE (Grantor), and recorded on
February 28, 2011, official Records of Carson
City, Nevada, as document number 409683.
That LINDA C. POOLE died on September
25, 2021, and that LINDA C. POOLE was
born on January 28, 1941. A creditor having a
claim against LINDA C. POOLE or her estate
must file a claim with the undersigned, ALLISON MacKENZIE, LTD., at the address given
below, within 90 days after the first publication
of this Notice.
