NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LAURA WESTON, a married woman as her sole and separate property, is the beneficiary under that Deed Upon Death executed by JOHN A. SPANGLER (“Grantor”) on the 29th day of June, 2023, and recorded on July 5, 2023, official Records of Carson City, Nevada, as document number 540784. That JOHN A. SPANGLER, also known as JOHN ALLEN SPANGLER, died on January 22, 2024, and that JOHN A. SPANGLER was born on June 29, 1969. A creditor having a claim against JOHN A. SPANGLER or his estate must file a claim with the undersigned, ALLISON MacKENZIE, LTD., at the address provided below, within 90 days after the first publication of this Notice.
