NOTICE OF HEARING

The Petitioner request authority to administer

the estate under the Independent Administration

of Estates Act. This will avoid the need

to obtain court approval for many actions

taken in connection with the estate. However,

before taking certain actions, the Petitioner

will be required to give notice to interested

persons unless they have waived notice or

have consented to the proposed action. Independent

administration will be granted unless

good cause is shown why it should not be.

That DAISY MARIE BRICK, the Petitioner for

the above-named decedent’s Estate has filed

its PETITION FOR FULL ADMINISTRATION;

FOR APPOINTMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATOR

WITH FULL AUTHORITY UNDER

THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION

OF ESTATES ACT; AND FOR LETTERS OF

ADMINISTRATION. A hearing on the same

has been set for the 12th day of April, 2022,

at 9:00 a.m., in Courtroom 1 of the Tenth Judicial

District Court, 73 N. Maine Street, Suite

B, Fallon, NV 89406. Any person who wishes

to be heard on this matter may attend. You do

not need to appear unless you wish to object.
