22-09031 with the NTA (Authority”) to provide

notice to the Authority of the voluntary cancellation

of CPCN 3250, Sub 2.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest

in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions
