NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS

Cal-Nevada Towing & Transport, Inc. (seller)

and Cal-Nevada Road Services, LLC d/b/a

Cal-Nevada Towing (buyer) filed a joint application

under Docket 22-09029 for sale and transfer

of the authority to provide consent and non-consent

tow car services authorized under CPCNs

7129, Sub 1. They have requested certain

information to be kept confidential.

Baumbach Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Milne Towing

Services (seller) and Cal-Nevada Road Services,

LLC d/b/a Milne Towing Services (buyer)

filed a joint application under Docket 22-09028

for sale and transfer of the authority to provide

consent and non-consent tow car services authorized

under CPCNs 8003, Sub 6.

Both applications include requests to keep

certain information confidential and tariff modifications.

Persons with a direct and substantial interest

in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene

at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions

must conform to the Authority’s regulations and

must be filed on or before November 10, 2022.
