NOTICE OF APPLICATION
AND AMENDED NOTICE
D3 Tow Me, LLC d/b/a D3 Tow Me filed an application for a CPCN under Docket 23-12018 for a CPCN to provide consent-only tow car services by tow car vehicle within the State of Nevada.
Elite Towing & Recovery, LLC filed an application for a CPCN under Docket 23-11020 to add non-consent tow car services by tow car vehicle under CPCN 7581 within the State of Nevada and has requested interim authority.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before January 18, 2024.
