NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of The
Robert and Chizuko Frank Living Trust, dated May 7, 2002, amended on May 18, 2002, February 13, 2008, and May 10, 2022. Robert Martin Frank, settlor of that trust, died on August
1, 2022. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
