PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE
Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, section 2.110, pertaining to the publication of an ordinance adopted by the Carson City Board of Supervisors, the following ordinances were proposed at the regular meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors held on August 18, 2022, voted upon, and adopted at the regular meeting held on September 15, 2022, and ordered by said Board of Supervisors to be published by title:

Bill No. 117
An ordinance relating to Marijuana; establishing various provisions governing curbside pickup service for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Retail Marijuana Stores; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing ordinance at the September 15, 2022 meeting are: Supervisor Stacey Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Lisa Schuette, Supervisor Stan Jones, Mayor Lori Bagwell
The names of the Supervisors voting against passage of the foregoing ordinance are: None Those abstaining: None; those absent: None

Bill No. 118
An ordinance relating to Marijuana; revising provisions to increase the number of authorized Marijuana Retail Stores; revising provisions governing co-location requirements for Marijuana Retail Stores and Medical Marijuana Dispensaries; revising provisions to remove prohibitions against drive-through services for Marijuana Retail Stores and Medical Marijuana Dispensaries; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
