Middle school wrestlers from Northern Nevada gathered at Pershing County High School in Lovelock on March 25 for the 2023 Tah-Nevada Middle School Wrestling Championship Tournament. In total, there were 261 wrestlers representing 17 schools, from White Pine County to Truckee, Calif. Carson Middle School and Eagle Valley Middle School sent 10 and 14 wrestlers respectively.

Together Carson City schools had seven wrestlers make the finals with one rising as Tah-Neva Champion. Five additional wrestlers medaled for third place.

Below are the results from the tournament alphabetically by tournament placement and grade:
