NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents DEBRA ATKINSON as the currently acting Trustee of THE CLEVENGER FAMILY TRUST. That RALPH CLEVENGER and CATHERINE D. CLEVENGER were the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. That CATHERINE D. CLEVENGER, also known as CATHERINE DIANA CLEVENGER died on December 19, 2020. That RALPH CLEVENGER, also known as RALPH CLEVENGER, JR., died on July 4, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of CATHERINE DIANA CLEVENGER or RALPH CLEVENGER, JR., must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
