NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS
Lynn R. Jackson d/b/a Lynn’s Auto Center filed
a Joint Application under Docket 23-01012 for
the sale and transfer of consent and non-consent
tow car authorities granted under CPCN
3290 to Lynn’s Towing, LLC d/b/a Lynn’s Towing.
The Application may include tariff modifications.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest
in the filings may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene
at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions
must conform to the Authority’s regulations and
must be filed on or before February 20, 2023.
