hereby given that the undersigned is the duly

appointed and qualified Successor Trustee

of THE JUKKA TARU LAHTI 2022 TRUST.

JUKKA TARU LAHTI, the Settlor of that trust

died on May 19, 2023.

A creditor having a claim against the settlor

and against the trust estate must file a claim

with the undersigned at the address given

below within ninety (90) days after the first

publication date of this notice.
