On Friday, June 9, LCSO received the report of possible child neglect/endangerment. The reporting party said there was a juvenile in the Mound House area who would wander the neighborhood in a diaper without parental supervision, the release said. The reporting party also said it had once returned the juvenile to the residence once and observed poor living conditions.

Deputies responded to the address but did not make contact. From the exterior, deputies observed trash and feces throughout the interior, the release said. A search warrant was obtained. Upon entry, deputies observed the residence to be extremely dirty and uninhabitable.
