NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that Debra Anne Nicholson is the duly appointed Trustee of the DeMars Living Trust, dated November 28, 2007.
The Grantor of that Trust was Juanita LaVerne DeMars. Juanita LaVerne DeMars died on March 18, 2023. At the time of her death, Juanita LaVerne DeMars’ mailing address was 914 Pat Lane, Carson City, Nevada. The last four (4) digits of Juanita LaVerne DeMars’ Social Security Number are 9078. A creditor having a claim against Decedent’s Estate must submit a claim to the Trustee at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice. Michael G.
