NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of THE MC MAHAN FAMILY TRUST, dated September 7, 1995, and that the original Grantors/Trustees, EVERETT L. MC MAHAN and NINA M. MC MAHAN are both now deceased. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
