Pursuant to NRS 147.010 and NRS 155.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 30, 2023, MYRON DANIEL CHAN and THOMAS RUSSELL VANDER LAAN have been appointed and qualified by the Third Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, In and For the County of Lyon, as Co-Personal Representatives of the estate of ROSALIND JAYNE CHAN, deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claims with the clerk of the court within ninety (90) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this Notice.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
