Pursuant to NRS 145.060 and NRS 155.020, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on March 4, 2024, SEAN IVAN BRADLEY and THOMAS RUSSELL VANDER LAAN have been appointed and qualified by the Third Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, In and For the County of Lyon, as Co-Personal Representatives of the estate of THOMAS LEE BRADLEY, deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate are required to file the claims with the clerk of the court within sixty (60) days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this Notice.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
