NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents Jamie Peterson as one of the currently acting Trustees of THE JAMES MCKILLOP FAMILY TRUST. That JAMES E. MCKILLOP died on October 9, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of JAMES E. MCKILLOP must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustees within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
