APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93359
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the
7th day of March 2024 B.&J. Dairy, L.P. of
Gualt, California made application to the
State Engineer of Nevada for permission to
change the place of use and manner of use
of .897 acre feet, a portion of water heretofore
appropriated under Permit 86744, Certificate
21354. Water will be diverted from the Truckee
& Carson Rivers at a point located at Lahontan
Dam within the SW1/4 SE1/4 Section 33,
T19N, R26E, MDB&M. Water will be used for
commercial purposes as decreed. Water was
used as decreed.
